I’m a restaurant industry veteran with over 10 years of working to keep people from killing each other. My range of experience includes development, and helping restaurant companies implement processes for improved guest services, quality, consistency, and profitability.
Recently joined MGM and work with a team at the newly renovated Park MGM, MGMs boutique offering on the Las Vegas Strip.
Over the last decade in my role as E.D. for CMS Hospitality, I helped grow a $2.4M business to $50M. My responsibilities were managing brand partnerships, new business development, and making sure the bottom line was significant enough for people to keep showing up.
Prior to Las Vegas I opened Java-o-logy, a hip community coffeehouse located one block from the birth home of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The motto – Building Community One Cup at a Time – lead to it being recognized as ‘Best of Atlanta’ several years in a row and kick started the revitalization of the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta now one of the leading restaurant rows in the country.
